Canyon Corridor Home Repair Program

Phoenix Revitalization Corporation (PRC) , in partnership with Grand Canyon University, is pleased to announce the Canyon Corridor Revitalization Project (CCRP) which will provide revitalization support for the community. A major component of the CCRP is the HOME REPAIR PROGRAM aimed to assist in making homes in the Canyon Corridor safe, efficient, and beautiful. The small home repair project will launch January 2017 in the Alhambra Neighborhood. Residents needing assistance with small home repair(s) can apply on-line or call Phoenix Revitalization Corp. for an application to be mailed.

Home Repair could include:

  • Replacing /installing interior exterior security doors, windows, and locks for safety.
  • Replacing bath/kitchen fixtures, installing ceiling fan(s), and repairing heating/cooling system for home efficiency.
  • Minor landscaping, fence repair, exterior home repair for neighborhood beautification.

  Eligibility Requirements

  • Homes must be owner occupied in the Granada Neighborhood.
  • Applicant must meet the 80% Income Limits (Reference the AHDP Income limits for Maricopa County).
  • Special circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

In addition to small home repair projects, CCRP will also support neighborhood beautification projects. Neighborhood Associations/Block Watch Groups can apply for improvement projects which will make the neighborhood safe and beautiful. Visit the Neighborhood Beautification page for more information.
