Leaders Connecting
The Leaders Connecting program is one component of our Communities for All ages Initiative. Residents of all ages are invited to participate in the three components of this program. These components are the Leadership Academy, the Leadership Conference and the Leaders Connecting Mentor Program. The leaders connecting program is supported by funding from JP Morgan Chase, Arizona Community Foundation and State Farm.
Leadership Academy
The Leadership Academy is an intergenerational grass roots leadership training that focuses on self-esteem and skills related to self-efficacy.

Leadership Conference
All Leadership Academy graduates are invited to connect with other graduates and learn more about becoming involved in their community at our annual Leadership Conference.

Leaders Connecting Mentor Program
Each year ten to fifteen Leadership Academy graduates are invited to become a mentor. Mentors are responsible for attending community meetings and sharing their knowledge with others in their neighborhood.
